Yesterday while out on the playground a grade 1 student began to tell me about how he was creating illusions with his hula hoop.
So I asked him what an illusion was. (he is in grade 1 of course)
I was sure told.
"Ms Goshulak, you're not like other teachers. You don't know what an illusion is."
Kinda made me laugh.
I let him know I did know what it was but I really wanted to know if he knew what it was!
